Baking by Siana is our go-to-place for bread, desserts and those amazing cookies that my grandchildren ask for when they visit. I love that the finest ingredients are always a priority as never compromised. It doesn’t matter what we order - it always exceeds our expectation in presentation and taste. I am not usually one to recommend sweets - but if you’re going to do - do it well. Our family favourites are coconut oil ginger cookies, almond butter cookies, cardamon scones, chocolate fudge cookies, red velvet cake, coconut cake, rye bread, beet bread (don’t let the name fool you - a must try).... Thank you Siana for doing what you do - with such integrity!

It is my pleasure to share my enthusiasm, and gratefulness for Siana’s hard work and fine talent.
Like many health-conscious and happiness-seeking individuals, I have put in much effort in search of finding healthy and tasty breads. Some have been palatable, yet the ingredient list was not my favourite, some had promising labels, but were lacking in taste, and others seemed to fit my expectations of healthy and reasonably tasty, yet none of the breads that I have tried before Siana’s ever satisfied my taste buds while at the same time, nurtured my body.
My boyfriend and I have been enjoying a variety of flavours and ingredients in her breads. The selection which we have to choose from is ample. Any kind that we enjoy, whether it is the rye bread, the beet and plain sourdough, the flax and honey, always exceeds our expectations. To elaborate on my last point, when we eat the bread, we feel pleasingly satisfied. The freshness is always there, the texture is just right; never too chewy nor crumbly, the calories and nutrients are very much welcomed, the digestion is gentle… while the energy from it is used efficiently by our bodies. The breads are delicious on their own, yet come alive with so many different kinds of toppings. If anything, they bring out the flavours of the toppings. They are an appetizing and healthy base for an endless array of meals.
So many people whom we have shared the breads with have said that they have never tasted better. Usually those that recognize great taste and superb quality, have a sensitive palate and knowledge of what ‘truly healthy and satisfying’ should be like. Yet the breads are delicious in their own right, that anyone who has the pleasure of trying them for the first time, is likely to be enamoured with the breads and the bread maker, for life.
Being mesmerized while writing about the bread, I nearly forgot to give credit to Siana’s delicious baked sweets. From the cookies to the scones… and the yummy croissants, if you haven’t already, I encourage you to enjoy these healthy food combining desserts. Go ahead, indulge yourself !

Siana’s banana cream pie is amazing! You can tell she uses fresh and wholesome ingredients and puts every effort into making the finished product perfect. She has a passion for baking and is dedicated to creating the best quality and taste. The banana cream pie stayed fresh for a few days in the fridge and we enjoyed every last bite!

Siana’s Strawberry Almond Rhubarb Pie was absolutely to die for delicious! Allen and his son, Len joined me in the heavenly experience! I have never liked strawberry rhubarb pie before as they were always too sweet but this one was perfect. Siana is a master at her craft and we are all benefiting!
Also I tried her tomato rosemary bread this morning and it too was fantastic!

Siana is the most passionate person I know and her passion for creativity is evident in her baking. She is not afraid to make bold decisions, and that has translated into her extensive and unique collection of recipes, including my personal favourite, her Coconut Sheet Cake.
